1. General Rules

bed baji is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between bed baji and its users ("members"). 2. Account Registration

At the time of registration with bed baji, members must provide accurate and complete information. bed baji reserves the right to cancel any account registered with false information.

2.1 Login Credentials Security

The responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of the account username and password rests entirely with the member. Login credentials must not be shared with any third party. If unauthorised access to the account is suspected, the bed baji support team must be notified immediately.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each member may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended and the associated balances may be forfeited. Members of the same household may hold separate accounts, but if operated from the same device or IP address, verification may be required.

2.3 Updating Information

If any information provided in the account changes, the member must notify bed baji immediately. The member is solely responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

3. Account Verification

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, bed baji may request documents to verify a member's identity at any time. The right to withhold withdrawals until this verification process is completed is reserved.

3.1 Required Documents

For verification, one or more of the following documents may typically be requested:

• National ID Card (NID) or Passport
• Proof of ownership of a mobile banking account
• Bank account details (if bank transfer is used)
• Any document for address verification

4. Bonuses and Promotions

bed baji offers a welcome bonus for new members. A 200% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus — winnings from the bonus can only be withdrawn after wagering the bonus amount 25 times.

4.1 Bonus Example

For example: if a member deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and the total balance will be ৳3,000. To meet the wagering requirement on the bonus, bets totalling ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be placed.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each member will receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Once a bonus is claimed, it cannot be converted to cash.
• bed baji reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms of any promotion.
• If an attempt is made to exploit any promotion unfairly, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Wagering requirements must be met before the bonus expires.

4.3 VIP Program

bed baji's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. As weekly cashback, Bronze members can receive up to 0.5%, Silver members up to 1.0%, and Gold members up to 1.5%. Cashback is calculated based on total net losses for the week. Promotion to a higher tier is based on continued betting activity and engagement on the platform.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bed baji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). For secure and fast payments, we support bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

5.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits may only be made from an account in the member's own name.
• Once a deposit is verified, it will be added directly to the gaming balance.
• If a deposit is not successful, the support team must be notified immediately.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

6. Betting Rules

bed baji offers various types of gaming services including sports betting, casino games, and live games. Each category has its own rules, which are described in detail on the relevant page.

6.1 General Rules for Placing Bets

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are given due to a technical error, the right to cancel that bet is reserved.
• The opportunity to bet on in-play markets after an event has started will be available subject to specific conditions.
• If there is any dispute in determining a result, bed baji's decision will be final.

6.2 Casino and Slots

For casino games, each game's own RTP and pay table apply. The game software is operated by third-party developers, so in the event of a technical error in any game, that developer's policy will be followed.

6.3 Odds Changes

bed baji may change odds at any time. The odds displayed at the time the bet is placed will be considered the final bet odds.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bed baji:

• Strategically placing opposing bets with the intention of meeting bonus requirements (bonus abuse).
• Account hacking, phishing, or any form of cyber attack.
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to influence game outcomes.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Using another member's account or unauthorised account sharing.
• Claiming bonuses through fraudulent means.
• Harassing bed baji staff or other members.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account cancellation and all balances may be forfeited.

8. Responsible Gaming

bed baji believes that gaming should be an entertainment activity, not a source of financial stress. We encourage all members to play within their limits. Our Responsible Gaming Guidelines provide details on various tools including deposit limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion.

8.1 Setting Limits

Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and loss limits from their own account. Once a limit is set, it will take effect immediately.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

If a member feels that gaming is having a negative impact on their life, they may voluntarily close their account for a specified period. Once this decision is made, the account cannot be reactivated before the set period has ended.

8.3 Protection of Minors

Anyone under the age of 21 may not use bed baji. Parents can use parental control software to restrict minors from accessing gaming sites.

9. Account Closure

If a member wishes to close their account, they may contact the bed baji support team. If there is a balance before the account is closed, an opportunity to withdraw it will be provided, provided all wagering requirements have been met.

9.1 Account Closure by bed baji

bed baji may close or suspend any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity or bonus abuse
• Providing a false identity
• Using the platform for illegal purposes
• Extended inactivity (where applicable)

10. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding the outcome of a bet or a transaction, the member must first contact bed baji's customer service team. The support team will review the matter and attempt to provide a resolution within 7 business days.

10.1 Complaints Process

• Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the incident.
• Attaching relevant screenshots or evidence with the complaint leads to a faster resolution.
• If unresolved, an appeal can be made for a higher-level review.

10.2 Final Decision

After reviewing game logs, server records, and transaction history, the decision of bed baji's authority will be considered final.

11. Limitation of Liability

bed baji does not bear responsibility for any financial loss suffered by a member due to technical failures, internet disconnection, or third-party software issues. However, our team will do its best to provide support in such situations.

11.1 Force Majeure

bed baji will bear no liability if services are disrupted due to natural disasters, government directives, war, cyber attacks, or any other unavoidable event.

11.2 Third-Party Services

bed baji does not take responsibility for issues arising from payment gateways, game developers, or other third-party services. However, assistance will be provided where possible to resolve such issues.

12. Changes and Updates

bed baji reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified in advance by email or through the platform in the case of significant changes.

Continuing to use bed baji after updated terms and conditions are published will be taken as acceptance of the new terms. It is therefore advised to check this page regularly.
